John Babun

Leveraging 15 years of construction experience, John Babun currently serves as owner, President, and Chief Executive Officer of a pair of Miami-based companies. He established BBR Services, Inc. in 2005 and has grown the business from $1 to $4 million. The business is the first and only company in Florida to specialize in all aspects of construction waterproofing, such as caulking, concrete protection and restoration, window installation, and glass security film. John Babun oversees virtually all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including client and partner relations, marketing, and administration. In 2009, John Babun launched his second business, a home inspection company known as Building Integrity Consultants, LLC. He has accumulated several credentials over the course of his career, including certification as a home inspector, general contractor, roofing contractor, and construction documents technologist. With his broad range of expertise, he offers comprehensive home analyses that include plumbing, roofing, electrical, HVAC, and structural integrity. A respected member of the construction community, John Babun belongs to the Building Envelope Science Institute, the Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and the American Society of Home Inspectors. An alumnus of Florida International University, John Babun graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and garnered honorable mention for his business plan. Babun gained his initial insight into the construction industry with Coastal Construction Products, LLC, where he worked from 1996 to 2005. After starting in sales, he worked his way to Branch Manager and eventually to Regional Manager of South Florida. Aside from his work in the construction industry, John Babun plays an active role with the congregation at Christ Fellowship in Palmetto Bay. Babun previously served as the Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee at University Baptist Church, where he was a longtime member and ordained as a Deacon.
