I recently wound down a 25-year career with BigRedF Restaurants. Over the years I had an opportunity to wear nearly all the hats in the company as we grew it from 1 to 14 locations including: Director of Operations for the group, and Director of Beer (truly a title to aspire to) at Post Brewing Co.

My most recent title was Chief Wheel-Greaser. I really love connect the dots and to keep all the parts running smoothly and efficiently.

After getting the group re-opened (after a temp. Covid closure) and the management teams at full strength, I've been taking a much needed breather. For the first time in 25 years, open to possibilities, rather than simply dwelling in only what must be done. I am exploring new opportunities where my leadership and experience can be useful.

I've got nothing but love and respect for my pals at BigRedF, but am extremely excited for this next phase in my career.
