Giovanni "John" Bartolotti is the President of Urban West Construction Ltd. and Urban Design Inc. With eight years of experience as a general contractor, John has built a strong foundation in the industry, demonstrating exceptional skills in communication, budgeting, and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an Architectural Design Diploma and is currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design.
I have a strong passion for construction and take great pleasure in designing both residential and commercial properties. Returning to school at this stage in my life has been challenging, but it has also become one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Throughout this journey, I have discovered a passion for architecture and interior design. As a general contractor, I am wholeheartedly committed to building one property at a time, always aiming to nurture both my business and the community around me. I believe that each project represents a meaningful step forward, not just for me, but for everyone involved.
