Since earning a Ph.D. in Integrative Neuroscience from Stony Brook University in 2013, I have dedicated my time and my skills towards strengthening the communication of science, both within the scientific community and between researchers and the public.
As a CLIR/DLF fellow at the California Digital Library, I work on a variety of projects related to research data management. As a writer, editor, instructor, and podcaster, I am invested in making science more accessible- both by distilling complex scientific topics for non-expert audiences and by creating platforms to facilitate open dialogue between individuals or groups across different areas of expertise.
