John Brewer retired in October 2015 after almost 18 years as publisher and editor of the Peninsula Daily Newsin Port Angeles, Wash.The PDN serves print and online readers in two large, rural counties on the North Olympic Peninsula of Washington state.
Brewer was also publisher of two local weekly newspapers, the Sequim Gazette andForks Forum; the monthly Olympic Homes-Landreal estate magazine; and those publications' active websites.
