John B Samuel

Since 1985, (in the course of his professional research and consulting practice), John B Samuel has been passionately researching "what makes a person tick".

He was driven to investigate the presence of those specific innate strengths and unique capabilities, that nature embedded in each individual.

His consulting practice was primarily focused on Executive Search and Selection, Management Audits and Team Bonding for Corporate organizations, Non-profits and Family-owned businesses.

After conducting job-specific diagnostic interviews from 1983 (for more than 10,000 individuals), in 2004 he discovered the phenomenological existence of the two SF-Genes (Success Factor Genes©) innately embedded and resident in each individual.

And his continuing research into these two critical Success Factor Genes embedded in each individual revealed that these two SF-Genes, are the primary causal factors that drive passion, purpose and productivity in each person.

His empirical research also confirms that these two SF-Genes, are innate, intrinsic and inherent in each individual - and will not fundamentally alter or change during one's lifetime .

This discovery of these two SF-Genes is the first of its kind in the world - and a game-changer in the field of people management.

And the existence of these SF-Genes has never before been identified through scientific empirical research in the domain of psychology.

He currently serves as the President and Principal Researcher at Talent Research Foundation, USA - and the Research Director at Talent Research Institute Private Ltd, Singapore.

His life passion is to help individuals move from their "sweat spot to their sweet spot" © by helping them identify their SF-Genes and coaching them to unleash, leverage and harness their unique strengths and capabilities to change, enrich and empower the world around them.
