Customers are family to me. They know they can call me when they need someone to work the impossible. I live to solve their problems creatively. I want to be the first person they reach out to, but it doesn't start that way.
Like any other skill job, a salesperson has a set of tools. The most important tool is the question. Questions, when answered honestly, help build a profile that I use to analyze whether you need to work with me or not. Over time, this straight forward approach creates a trusting relationship between my clients and I that most prefer.
