As a serial entrepreneur, building businesses that materially impact people’s lives is my passion. I pride myself on creating businesses that improve entrepreneurs’ lives and empower team members to live their best life.

At Service Autopilot, I was able to achieve both. Our software helped entrepreneurs run their business more efficiently and grow their top line revenue. Our software platform managed the day-to-day operations and automated their back office. We helped business owners achieve a work/life balance. We created an environment to coach individuals through the struggles that comes with entrepreneurship. We also helped them make their bottom line healthier through consulting and 3rd party relationships.

At Service Autopilot, we were able to retain team members through fair compensation, valuing their contributions, valuing them as individuals, and by building a family environment. We built a corporate environment that encouraged giving and volunteerism by providing extra vacation time to team members that gave back to the community.

Prior to founding Service Autopilot, he was a partner in BrokerCEO, a software company that improved the efficiency of applying for health insurance for small business owners. The Affordable Cares Act removed the need for this software and the business was shuttered in 2011.

In 2001, John and his business partner founded Beyond Concept. Beyond Concept provided website and software consulting services targeting the transportation industry.

John has extensive experience in software architecture and information technology. John holds a degree in Computer Information Services with a minor in business.
