I have started or materially participated in the startup of: Consulting, Internet, software, publishing and real estate ventures since the mid 1970's. In the 1970's, I created and managed Dean & Vancil, CPA's providing tax and financial consulting services. In the early 1980's I raised money from investors for major real estate projects (in the $10-50 million range). In the mid-1980's I started the publishing business Travel and Sports, Inc. which ran very successfully through 2006. In the 1990's I found and arranged the venture capital for a successful software company. Now, in the 2010's, I am focusing on finding one or more energy companies that could use my skilset.
