John Dorhauer

I grew up in St. Louis, a graduate of Prep North High, class of '79. Got a BA in Philosophy, with a second major in English Lit. from Cardinal Glennon College. Met and married Mimi in '84. First child, John J. came in '85, the year I entered Eden Seminary. Adam was born in '86, and I completed my MDiv. and was ordained into the UCC in '88. Molly, our last child, was born that year. First church was in Mayview, MO. From '96 - '03 I served in Lebanon MO, then went to serve as Associate Conf. Minister on staff of the Missouri Mid-South Conference. I left that staff to become Conference Minister in the Southwest Conference in '08. I completed my Doctoral Degree in '04, studying the effects of White Privilege on the Church.
