THE PHONE - is my career. I love "applied telephony technology" - which I view more as an art form than a science. I've built large and small customer service centers, managed small cites of agents, and (now) created leading edge IVR solutions. I look through the lens of a human touch when applying technology solutions - I am a contact solution(s) enginner!
THE FRAMES - provided me with a creative outlet. I love photography and feel blessed to have been able to capture some of the beauty of the world we live in - including my background picture.
THE WAVES - gives me pause. There is something about the tranquility coupled with the excitement of an ever changing landscape that draws me in!
