Following the completion of a sports studies and physical education degree at York St John University I embarked on a 16 year career within the Health and Fitness Industry working with some of the leading organisations experiencing a vast range of company cultures.
Throughout my career people have formulated everything that we do and infact this leads the overall success of our teams and business performance. As a proud scotsman originally from the highlands of Scotland, now living Harrogate I am a avid health and fitness participant, huge football and sports fan. However the majority of my time is spent with my family, I am very lucky to have 2 boys, 7 and 3 years old, who make me very proud each and every day.
