John Dennett was born in Wellington, New Zealand. He enjoys travelling, has lived in Wellington, London and Edinburgh and currently resides in Abu Dhabi, in the Middle East. He particularly enjoys travelling in Italy, Roman and other ancient cultures and the culture of warriors. The Residium – Road to Rome is his first book. He has written as a lawyer and inspirer of young entrepreneurs for over 30 years. His articles have been published in New Zealand, UK and UAE newspapers and magazines. He has also written and produced a series of entrepreneurial e-zines and articles based on talks and interviews with successful entrepreneurs and sports persons.
