Since joining CA Ventures in 2008, John Diedrich has been instrumental in supporting the company's meteoric rise from a $400 million portfolio to its current formidable stature, boasting a diverse portfolio worth over $10 billion. His leadership has been evident in overseeing transactions amounting to $4 billion, particularly in the realms of student and multifamily dispositions, and has played a pivotal role in expanding and diversifying CA's portfolio both domestically and internationally.
