Try to run every 2nd day: just 70 mins or so. (Currently in training for Cotgrave Run For Her Life 4th May in aid of Cure Rett and Olive Beaumont.)

Fasting diet 2 days a week.

Part of the audience for TV/Radio programmes (love Media City Salford).

Have a house in Le Crotoy on the Baie de Somme and spend approx half my time there.

Also currently in training for a cycling holiday in Italy.
