Prior to joining Meadowbrook, Faracco oversaw day-to-day operations at Global Home Loans, which he founded in 2002. His role there included budget management, risk compliance, and licensing. Previously, he established Global Consultants Direct, a top mortgage broker in the northeastern United States.
Before founding Global Consultants Direct, Faracco served as Branch Manager at Contour Mortgage Corporation, where he grew the company's operations to 50 staff members and 75 monthly closings. Before moving to Contour Mortgage Corporation, he worked as Branch Manager at BLS Funding, where he managed sales, recruiting, and training and achieved the status of top sales performer. Faracco studied business at Towson State University and Suffolk Community College.
