John Martin
As Chief Operating Officer of IQNavigator, John F. Martin provides strategic and tactical leadership for the company’s total market solution, including best-practice managed service programs and customer support, as well as product definition and delivery.
Prior to joining IQNavigator, John created and led the Enterprise Performance Practice at Saba Software, where he provided best-practices consulting and led the company’s product definition. At Saba, he also managing the global partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Saba grew ten-fold from a 30-person startup to largest provider in its segment. John was also Vice President of Convergence Technologies for CSG Systems when that company went public and grew to over $200M in sales.
As a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., Inc., John led engagements to drive operational and value-delivery improvements for service-industry clients that realized significantly increased market share and profitability. Prior to McKinsey, John was part of Oracle Corporation’s consulting division, managing the largest accounts and client projects in his region as Oracle grew from its IPO to a billion-dollar firm.
John holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar in the top 10 percent of his class, and B.S. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
