John Forrest

John is from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He graduated from Union High School in 1991. Shortly after, he attended Grand Valley State University where he attended school until 1993. In 1993, John moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the film industry where he was fortunate enough to have worked as a juniot agent and executive assistant at both Paul Kohner, Inc. and Susan Smith & Associates. Shortly after leaving Los Angeles, John moved back to Grand Rapids where he took work in the furniture installation industry, eventually working for his best friend's new company, Next Phase, Inc.

John continued to write and in 2003, moved to Tallahassee, Florida to attend school at Tallahassee Community College where he earned an AA in English. Still desiring to write and create movies, John returned to Grand Rapids to reset. He took a job at local PR firm, Seyferth, Spaulding, Tennyson

In 2005, John moved to St. Louis. He spent time working as a legal clerk and continued to write. When he met his future wife, Lainee Frizzo in late 2006, John embarked on a more sustained career in writing. Together with Lainee, John has written 6 feature screenplays and a pilot.

In 2012, John set out to make his first film. He was the executive producer on the award winning horror short, "Innards", co-written with Lainee Frizzo. Over the next year, the film went on to garner attention at many film festivals.

John is the President of Warm and Fuzzy Pictures, an independent film company. The goal of the company is to create films, commercials, and television that is a step above the usual fare. The company promotes all genres and is open to working with other companies and individuals in an effort to create entertaining and unique visual media.

John and Lainee were married in July of 2014. Now, John i preparing to produce his second film, a feature comedy, again, co-written with Lainee Frizzo. The film will be shot in 2015.

John currently lives in Alton, IL with his wife, Lainee Frizzo, and his son Keegan Forrest
