I have attained a lucrative goal, to potentially have the power within me to advance in my creative endeavors daily. As I become more skillful through my artistic positioning in creativity, more so today than yesterday, I think, "This process never ends... for tomorrow, I shall be more skilled than I was today."

My photographic and artistic positioning is not of desire to be of common nature but truly and rarely a unique gift of art. Most photographic art I have created are similar in nature that they are all too common place. My desire is to reach out to an audience where my work contributes to the artistic community as each individual's own unique experience, as well as my own.

Living in an area of the country where mountain ranges reign, rivers and valleys flow silently, where nature has her way, and the fire in my heart and vision within my soul compelled to seek out the most unique of a special art & images. I do not desire the ordinary but rather a reflection as to why I am here. A story of all of us and a greater purpose to evolve not only as a people created by One Supreme Artist, but to partake in this great creativity as to be creative is to be close to God.

My artistic accomplishments began in 1972 serving in the USMC. I purchased my first camera and took photographs of my journeys as a US Marine (mostly of my buddies), and the places we were stationed. This was where I began my passion for photography.

I then became passionate for fine Pen & Ink artwork of nautical renderings most of which were completed as line work or pointillism beginning in 2001. I have displayed my work with many galleries in the South Texas region including Gallista Galleries (San Antonio, Tx.), The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Theatre (San Antonio, TX), and within on ongoing exhibit traveling throughout the US with the Homecoming Project hosted by Photojournalist Erin Trieb. I have also collaborated on a photographic project with Poet/Writer Christie Birmingham in 2013 featured with Ms. Birmingham’s web-site. My photographic work has been featured in the http://www.BrokenLightCollective.com as well.

As a Photographer/Artist my goals are quite clear. My endeavors are not of myself but the Fine Art - that of which is to please my audience. As well, I have accomplished a personal style to work with my equipment expressing an innermost spirit for the art and of my subject matter which breathes an aesthetic value with every shot.
