John Klein

John Klein is the founder and chairman of the board of managers at Cambridge Therapeutics, which provides combination drug therapies and dispenses prescriptions to physicians. He established the company in 2011, after having achieved success as the chairman and CEO of Dava Pharmaceutical Company. For eight years, John Klein led Dava Pharmaceutical Company before facilitating its sale to Endo. Since then, he has focused full time on his endeavors with Cambridge Therapeutics.

Mr. Klein has also driven growth at other pharmaceutical and health care-related companies such as Kindred Healthcare, NovaDel Pharma, and Ivax, NA. As the president of Ivax, he helped to drive an increase in shareholder value of more than $1 billion. He went on to nearly double revenue as the chairman and CEO of MIM Corp., where he also led an initial public offering.

In recognition of his success in driving value for shareholders, he earned an 11th place ranking on Forbes’ Top 100 CEOs list. He also received a Bronze Standing from Wall Street Transcripts and a designation as an Outstanding CEO from Mitchell & Company.
