John Hollaway

John Hollaway is an Orlando, Florida native whose passion for the entertainment industry began in childhood. His early career as a bodyguard in the entertainment world provided valuable connections, eventually leading him to a position as a talent executive at a major modeling agency. With a strong reputation in the industry, John fulfilled his aspiration of launching his own full-service talent agency, becoming one of the first to establish a presence at Universal Studios Orlando.
After a successful stint in the corporate world with Berkshire Hathaway, a Warren Buffett-owned company, John returned to his true passion: entertainment. Partnering with a longtime friend, he co-founded Paradym Group, Inc., a national talent agency recognized among the top 2000 on the “Inc. 5000” list of fastest-growing small companies.
In addition to his role at Paradym Group, John served as Executive Producer on the feature film “Be Afraid,” a psychological sci-fi thriller directed by Drew Gabreski. The film, starring Brian Krause (Charmed) and Louis Herthum (Westworld), won “Best Horror Feature 2017” at the NYC Winter Film Fest and secured distribution with Samuel Goldwyn, AMBI Entertainment, and Netflix. John and his team continue to work on television shows for major cable networks and are developing feature films through their company, Reel Productions, with the release of one in film in 2022 and another in 2024.
John has experience both in front of and behind the camera, appearing in commercials and TV shows while also raising millions in financing as a producer. A graduate of Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business, John was class Valedictorian, earning several Course Director’s Awards, induction into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and the prestigious Advanced Achievement Award.
An accomplished athlete, John participated in football, track, baseball, martial arts, and wrestling, which he credits for his work ethic and determination to succeed. He enjoys working out, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife, 2 sons, family, and friends.
