John Kembel

John Kembel is a design executive who works at the global frontiers of emerging technology and business transformation. As founder of Reframe Group, he helps enterprise leaders drive change using human-centered design. Recognized as an international thought leader, John served as VP of CX Design at Oracle and as Founding Faculty at Stanford’s d.school.

As CEO, CTO, and founder at multiple startups in Silicon Valley and in Boulder, he's inspired and led fast-growing teams, from financing through acquisitions. Formative early-career experiences included Interface Designer at Intel Labs and Product Designer at IDEO. John holds degrees in Engineering and Design from Stanford University and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon.
