John Kluge

I cut my teeth working on anti-poverty, hunger, and cyber security issues to protect children, and have helped bring food security to over 30 million people. I am the Co-Founder of Toilet Hackers, a grassroots organization building a movement for global sanitation. I have served on a number of boards, including the UNICEF's Next Gen Steering Committee, Pencils of Promise, Fonderie 47, and the Stan Lee Foundation. I am the co-author of Charity & Philanthropy for Dummies, 2013, John Kluge: Stores, 2008, and contribute to Forbes and the Huffington Post. I lecture and speak frequently on leadership, social innovation, and catalytic philanthropy. I received my B.A. in American Studies from Columbia University.
