Community Developer in Gig Harbor, WA
I help entrepreneurs realize their visions by working directly with them to create successful Go-To-Market strategies and executing end-to-end sales frameworks from concept to closure.
Since 2008 I have led two concurrent professional lives:
• As Cofounders of Refugee Connect, my wife and I dedicated ourselves to helping displaced people thrive physically, spiritually, and professionally in the US and Europe.
• I simultaneously maintained my sales career so we could focus our donors' investments directly into funding our programs.
A self-starter by nature, I build business by building relationships, and have found persistence to be the differentiator in ensuring top and bottom funnel success. My customer-centric approach to sales, ensuring my clients' success has enabled me to deliver win-win solutions leading to solid long-term partnerships.
I have also been successful remediating troubled accounts. I approach my business and social interactions with a curiosity to learn about my (internal and external) customers, and how each one’s perspective enriches us. I believe that when people who think differently collaborate with a common goal, it causes ripples that change lives, organizations, and ultimately the world.
Many of the startups I have worked with - including my own - began with a dream to make the world a better place. I have been characterized as being a global community developer and believe that moving the needle globally starts with meaningful change in my local community.
We all matter. When we do business together, we succeed together and are both better for it.
