For the past 15 years one of the highlights of my career is teaching science to gifted students. The elementary K-5 school where I am Lead of the Lead gifted teachers is located in Orlando, Florida. To keep students challenged, I teach Project Based Learning. The Projects, I engage my students with are Project Create, SECME, OOTM, Robotics, and Computational Math. My area of certification is Physics, Middle Grade Science, Gifted, Reading, and ESOL.

The topics I blog about are related to the USAF, Florida Chapter of the AFA, my teaching career, and the organizations I belong. Many times what I learn from NSTA, FAST, AAPT, FL-AAPT, ASCD, FLASCD, and Rotary I post to social media with my ideas and concerns to twitter, Diigo or my blog. I have a BSET from SUNY, working on my master in Education from UCF, and graduating this year.
