Since 2009 I have worked for Bournemouth based agencies in various senior project management, release management and operations management roles. I specialise in full cycle project management – from envisioning to deployment – using waterfall and agile Scrum and Kanban frameworks. I have high attention to detail in my comms, QA and documentation handling. I am also not afraid to challenge a brief or the status quo for the benefit of the ultimate stakeholder; the website visitors.

With my interest and high regard for ‘lean’ operations, I am highly organised, extremely commercially aware, perceptive, excellent at capacity management, resource management, and tactical release planning across the program of works. I am a qualified Targetprocess Certified Expert with a wealth of hands-on Targetprocess experience and system development at two previous agencies. To note, Targetprocess is very similar JIRA that is the better known of the two.
