Based in Shropshire, ITD specialises in delivering one-to-one professional development through strategic management and personal development coaching.

Following an early career in the publishing industry working for The Economist Newspaper, Newsweek Magazine and McGraw Hill, in 2002 I switched to adult education and coaching. In addition to coaching I work as a senior lecturer in the education department of a university in Wales.

Coaching clients include private individuals, local authorities and Government departments. Transformational coaching is used to promote positive changes in learning.
