Hello, I am John and I am currently attending Valdosta State. I am pursuing a degree in accounting, and as soon as I am finished, I will not hesitate to earn a graduate degree in accounting.

I was born in Germany, but we were quickly relocated to Valdosta shortly after my birth. I was raised in Valdosta, and I attended county schools.

I began my collegiate journey back in 2008. After my second semester, I grew tired of learning without having declared a major. So I switched from part-time to full-time and just continued to work. I supported my wife financially so she could finish her degree in psychology. During my six-year break from school, I learned a lot of valuable knowledge from successful professionals in my industry. In 2013, I had the opportunity to be flown to Colorado for a job interview. It was here where I met two successful individuals who own a very large fund raising company. The week I spent with them inspired me to move my life in a different direction and continue my education.

And that is where I am today.
