I am a Kingdom thinker who loves to disciple students, develop leaders, think strategically, and figure out how churches can take the missional journey together.

After spending over 20 years serving students I am still as passionate as ever about seeing them become followers of Jesus! I love to see students grow into disciples who seek Jesus out, hear His voice and then are obedient to His leading.

I lead the student ministry at RiverTree Church in NE Ohio. We have been on a missional journey for the last five years, which has been challenging, frustrating and incredibly rewarding.

I have been married to Sandy for 21 years. Together we have two children, both of whom are in middle school.
