John Rhodes is Co-Founder and President of PandaGuarantee, an innovative modern rent guarantor insurance provider that is expanding housing access for renters. Drawing from his own challenging housing experiences dodging scams and makeshift living during his first NYC internship, he co-founded the company to make renting more accessible and secure for tenants and property operators.
John built and sold his first company in California in the entertainment industry before focusing on real estate development and early-stage real estate tech ventures in Austin.
Outside of tech and real estate, John enjoys film production and aviation.
