Johnnieanne A. Hansen

Johnnieanne Hansen is a proven human resources professional and adjunct professor with over 15 years of dedication to employee development, talent management and and leadership.

Currently Johnnieanne manages the workforce development initiatives for the Council of Industry. Prior to joining the Council, she was the executive recruiter and employee development manger with Walden Savings Bank.

In addition to corporate training and employee development, Johnnieanne actively participates in programs at local colleges including SUNY Orange, Mount Saint Mary College and Marist College. As an adjunct professor at Mount Saint Mary College, Johnnieanne teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Marketing.

With a passion for people and a expert understanding of adult learners and compliance she offers over 100 training classes each year including career development.

Johnnieanne earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Dominican College and a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Outside the office you can find Johnnieanne participating in numerous community service activities including habitat for humanity, soup kitchen assistance and mentoring at risk youth.

Johnnieanne lives in the town of Newburgh with her husband, Stephen and their two children.
