Born on stormy November the 3rd in 1960 I have always held a love of things slightly dark and haunting. I am a published writer of poetry since my teens and will always continue to write poetry. My first poem was about the suicide of a friend called “You Kissed the Wind” published by “Teen” magazine for girls. I am a graduate of Mount Mary College with a B.A. in History. I love the fact that the older building of the college looks like an old haunted castle. I was the author of children’s puppet plays preformed at Mount Mary College and published regularly in the college’s publications. After college I continued writing for local Milwaukee, Wisconsin magazines and newspapers (The Shepherd, The Milwaukee Times, The Milwaukee Journal and Hodge Podge Press). Later I continued my education at Milwaukee Area Technical College and earned a degree in Occ. Music and Telecommunications. At the present I work as a Promotions editor and a Production Crew member. Besides the obvious love of literature I enjoy research, gardening and being outdoors sometimes even in graveyards.
