Although it may sound like it, rest assured Johnny Chesterfield is not an investment banker. He is also not the business name of a small company that specializes in selling love seats and sofas. However, he is quite possibly the hottest music artist coming out of the Toronto hip hop scene. So turn up your speakers and turn on your widescreens (preferably HD) and prepare yourselves for Toronto’s very own, the pretty boy in the fresh kicks, Johnny Chesterfield.

Although a serious criminal offense in most countries,it is rumored that Johnny Chesterfield has been murdering mics within our city borders and is quickly making a name for himself in the Toronto Hip Hop scene. If that wasn’t enough, we have also heard that Johnny Chesterfields opts to sleep on his bed made of shoe boxes rather than a mattress?! He even has been deemed the hip hop dictionary by friends, for his uncandid ability to memorize and recite every dope line from whatever song is in question.

Today, now armed with a style, delivery and flow that he feels in unprecedented in the hip hop industry Johnny continues to expand and strengthen his sound. He has over 45 unreleased songs under his belt and feels it is the right time to begin sharing the wealth of music with his fans.

In addition to wanting to engrave his name in hip hop history, he also dreams of working with the likes of rap legends; Kanye West, DJ Premier, Common and Nas, just to name a few. He also hopes that one day he will be able to create live orchestral symphonies of his music.
