CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

✅Design Skills: Ability to use designs software in producing Architectural, structural, Mechanical and
Electrical design through effective utilization of AutoCAD, Revit, CSC Orion, protaStructure.

✅Estimation Skills: Ability to use Quantity estimation software’s such as Bluebeam, Planswift-10 to prepare
effectively the bill of quantities and using Ms Excel to produce Material and Labour schedule

✅Project Planning: Ability to use Project management software such as Ms Project to produce construction
program of works, work schedules, resource schedules, cost schedules and cash forecast and I have also
trained over five hundred (500) young graduate on the use of Ms project as to this effect

✅Bar bending Scheduling Table (BBST): Ability to prepare bar bending schedule manually from Structural
drawings onsite especially when it is excluded in the drawings and specifications.

✅ Documentation: Ability to use Microsoft office tools such as Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint to document
activities and processes on site such as site meetings, progress report etc.
