in ages from 17 – 78, all with different goals, fitness levels, and training needs. I have represented England at an

international level in Karate for 9 years. Winning Bronze at the World Championships and receiving medals in various other

competitions including a Gold at the British Open Nationals, so I understand what it takes to compete and win at the

highest level. After suffering a prolapsed disc in the midst of my competitive career, I had to use my skills and
