I am founder & managing director of Traxion Partners, a strategy, technology, and operations boutique consultancy located in the twin cities of Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN. I have spent my entire 25 year career building, scaling, and managing professional services & consulting practices, customer support centers, and technology operations for a variety of companies ranging from venture-backed startups and privately-held emerging growth, to publicly traded (NASDAQ & NYSE) companies. From pure consultancies to embedded services organizations withing product companies, I've "been there & done that"; from turning around poor performing organizations, to growing & scaling professional services & support operations across the globe, to leading the M&A; due diligence on multiple successful exit strategies and buy-side transactions. Now via Traxion Partners, I am allowing companies to tap into my unique and scarce set of skills & experiences via a tailorable menu of consulting offerings. From their small operational assessment on one end of the specturm that quickly pinpoints key issues and delivers a roadmap and turnaround plan to the other end of the spectrum of providing full-time interim executive leadership and implementation of the strategy/technology/operational initiatives needed to become best in class, we are the firm to use. Outside of work I'm a father of three equally talented and unique children, an addicted cyclist, wannabe musician, voracious reader, and ski & snowboard junkie.
