  • Led ACT Team in developing and executing a successful communications strategy for Financial Services firm involving over 2,000 associates at a company adverse to change.
  • For a Financial Services firm, implemented revised Incident and Change Management processes, which reduced critical outages by 85% and emergency changes by 92%.
  • Directed Enterprise Transformation Program which united Application Development and Infrastructure Services in a common purpose using a shared governance model.
  • Managed an effort to launch a Transformation Program for a Healthcare company. This involved developing business objectives that could be understood and accepted by the IT organization.
