I grew up in Montana, but headed for the East Coast more than 20 years ago. I'm an online editor for AllAboutJazz.com and local editor for Patch.com. When I'm not working, I enjoy performing music -- either jazz guitar, sax or if I'm really feeling wild, Renaissance music on recorders.
