John Perrys
Volunteer, Environmentalist, and Sports Fan in the United States
John Perrys is an environmentalist, outdoorsman, artist, and volunteer with extensive knowledge in communications, leadership, and advisory services. An avid fisherman and fly fishing enthusiast, Perrys enjoys spending time out on the water, casting a line and reeling in a big catch! True to his environmentalist roots, he strongly advocates for sustainable fishing and works diligently to abide by the practice.
Beyond his professional career, John Perrys serves as an active volunteer in his community. Over the years, he has worked on numerous community projects including building houses with Habitat for Humanity, serving food in soup kitchens, baking cookies for local hospitals, and doing yard work for elderly citizens.
Throughout his career and volunteer work, John Perrys has had the opportunity to meet a diverse group of people with different backgrounds and perspectives. John Perrys has learned a lot from these interactions both about the world and about himself. Perrys is currently hosting a Water.org Fundraiser as part of his effort to support sustainability in his community, as well as on a global level.
Along with working with people, John Perrys is also passionate about animals and protecting the environment. Because of this, John Perrys is in support of a number of environmental organizations including the World Wildlife Fund, Save the Bay, and The Nature Conservancy.
