I'm John Geraghty, currently a junior at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill specializing in Advertising and PR within The School of Media and Journalism. Recently, I worked as an Integrated Marketing Intern for MTV Networks in New York Currently, as a brand and social strategist, I manage media content and marketing strategy for a variety of recording artists and social influencers.

I am a hard-working, passionate and driven individual who plans to continue developing a career within marketing and branding after graduation. I am specialized in music, entertainment and fashion - with expertise in integrated marketing, public relations, brand strategy, native advertising, social analytics, digital content blogging, as well as millennial research/insights.

What do you need to know?

I bingewatch through trashy teen dramas on Netflix faster than I eat a Chipotle burrito bowl. I send excessive Snapchats and sometimes post two Instagrams in one day. I curate playlists on Soundcloud and Spotify for people I love, and for people I don't even know. I spend more hours a day on Twitter absorbing pop culture content than I do sleeping. I once shared an elevator with Ed Sheeran and dream of sharing an elevator with Taylor Swift.
