John Pilcher heads up the New York office in Manhattan which handles numerous facets related to the business including financial engineering, transaction-based due diligence for east coast clients, staffing assignments, and portfolio valuation.

Mr. Pilcher has primary experience in the credit management of CMBS debt originations having served most recently as the Chief Credit Officer for CBRE Investors Capital Partners where he established the origination, investment and underwriting policies and protocols for the firm and oversaw all such activities. Prior to that, he served as the Head of Underwriting for Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC where he managed and approved all credit underwriting for the loan origination and securitization platform and also served on the loan approval committee. Mr. Pilcher is also an active investor and manager of commercial properties who has previously held positions at RBS Greenwich Capital, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Prudential Securities and Nomura Securities.

John Pilcher holds an MBA from NYU's full time Stern School of Business with a double major in Finance and Management. He also holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, in La Jolla. He is a proud veteran as a former Corporal in the US Marine Corps.
