Justice. Working toward it influences everything I do. Every day, I work with cottage F & B producers, urban farmers, legislators, educators, restauranteurs and entrepreneurs who are working toward a more just society. We rethink unsustainable systems and rebuild them to be more holistic. We aim to influence others to join us in divesting from systems of destruction and investing in systems of life. We advocate for no-till farming, cell-grazing, intelligent composting, localizing water, feed and fuel production and many other systems. As it becomes increasingly clear that our government is concerned with little more than money, it is our mission to localize the production of all human necessities, and to make their profit-driven agendas irrelevant. While we act locally and think globally, the community we build sets an example to the rest of the world.
