involved in Perth real estate since 1997. He is an energetic, tireless worker, passionate about real estate and the benefits property ownership has. He has a good working knowledge of the local community, the local property market it's values and trends. John is a property developer and development consultant in his own right, managing several projects and owning several development properties. John has skills that empower his understanding of the property market which he is willing to share with you.

John has worked with leading real estate agencies, consistently being both highest listing and selling agent in large offices since 1997. He has a strong history of creating innovative and effective marketing strategies in difficult

John has six children; one is psychologists, one an accountant, one is a High School Teacher, another one is a Designer for Newspaper and 2 still in University.

Outside of real estate John is an active investor in Australian equities and trades London and New York Futures and Forex markets. His passions include home renovations, public speaking, and the "art" of catching fish.
