First and foremost, I am a father of a wonderful 4 year old boy. Professionally, I am a Director of Operations with The Wendy's Company. For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of consulting for 4 of the world's most successful, industry-leading, food and beverage brands that provide strong emotional connections & rewards to the customers that come to the stores. In addition to my regular work, I like to stay active. Cooking is creative outlet for me in my "off-time" as well as further honing my consulting skills in having advised several small businesses around food cost management, training program development, local store marketing program development/execution as well as back-end systems for project management, invoicing & A/R. Originally from Chicago, I have lived in Northern Kentucky for a couple of years and travelled the US extensively for both work and personal travel.
