John Ripley

John is the Chief Operating Officer of IMMERGE. As finance and operations leader, he is responsible for all corporate operations of the company. He provides day-to-day leadership and strategic planning for the organization. Some of his responsibilities include sales operations, compliance, finance, accounting, human resources, and legal and risk management. He also partners with the CEO and Board and Executive Committee to set strategy and implement operational and financial processes and controls. The goal is to support the long term growth of the organization.

With over 16 years of experience in technology, sales and marketing, and financial services industries, John has helped establish IMMERGE as a national leader in the direct sales industry. He structured the operations and finance organizations to support the exponential growth of the company and to achieve the goals and milestones of their clients.

Before joining IMMERGE, John held positions in finance and accounting for Microsoft and Oracle. He also worked with multiple startup and growth stage companies to organize and execute financial models. His most recent work involved improving the profitability of the country’s largest online coupon site through evaluation of profitable customer profiles, marketing campaigns, and business lines.

He is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. Currently, he lives with his wife and children in Denver.
