John Roth

An alumnus of Drew University, John F. Roth graduated summa cum laude in 1979 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Russian Studies. An outstanding student, he received the Robert Fisher Oxnam Prize for an Outstanding Political Science Major fluent in a foreign language. From there, John F. Roth attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, earning his Juris Doctor and his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. After completing his education, John F. Roth joined IBM, where he operated as an Attorney in the company’s legal department. Later, in 1986, he launched his own firm, the Law Offices of John Roth. Throughout his early career, Roth spent extensive time in Russia, establishing start-up technology firms. This experience inspired him to focus his practice on immigration law. Currently operating through Roth Immigration Law Firm, he has established himself as a leader in his industry. Today, John F. Roth works primarily with clients pursuing EB-5 Visas, which can facilitate citizenship for individuals who are investing in businesses in the United States. Roth’s work encompasses preparing petitions and consulting with clients to help each of them choose an EB-5 Designated Regional Center to invest in. John F. Roth holds memberships with the New York State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Pro Bono Publico Program, New York County Lawyers' Association.
