I am a proactive person with extensive experience in financial services. I have experience sales and management experience.

I have been involved in sales, team management and customer facing roles. I am also a logical problem solver having studied mathematics at undergraduate level. I continuously perform above my role and have been recognised by my current employer numerous times including their helpful banking hero awards.

I have a varied and adaptable management style; from offering emotional support and coaching on an individual basis through to improving performance and service on a much larger scale.

Being firm but fair, I have supported a member of staff through serious personal problems and helped them manage work around other commitments. Ensuring they keep up-to-date with communications and also are still able to function in their role upon return after long term absence. I am a very good listener, approachable and problem solver.

I have also improved call waiting times from examining the facts behind productivity on one team to find their productivity was 68% due to improper behaviours and lack of understanding. I achieved and maintained productivity of 98% within two weeks.

On another occasion I have also improved the way statistics are gathered through my own programming and IT knowledge. I took a four-hour process and reduced it to 30 minutes. This was a daily process 6 days a week. So I saved my business 21 hours of time every week!
