Eat, weld, lift, cook, sleep, repeat.

In 2010 I was accepted to the College of Western Idaho's Culinary Arts program and was conferred a degree in 2014. During my time in the program I also obtained my Serve Safe Certification. Although my degree is a more recent accomplishment, I have worked in the food service industry for over 8 years, striving for quality, authenticity, efficiency, and flavor in all that I do.

Seeking a new challenge, I now work for one of the Treasure Valley's most dedicated Construction Contracting Companies, Cascade Enterprises. While soldering metal, keeps me busy, I always welcome the opportunity to grow my food service experiences and challenge my culinary skills. Please contact me for my full resume.

I am also delighted by all new challenges, regardless of the trade, and am open to learning new skill sets that combine attention to detail, teamwork, and physical skill.

When I'm not zipping back and forth between stove tops, you can find me hiking with my girlfriend and dog, singing karaoke, or lifting weights at the gym.

Eat, lift, cook, sleep, repeat.
