JP Johnson

JP Johnson has been involved in the world of tennis since he was a teenager. An avid player himself, he began giving lessons professionally when he was still in college. From Fairfield, Connecticut, JP Johnson attended Colgate University. When he was off the summers, he spent his time giving instruction at various country clubs in and around the Fairfield area.

It was soon after his graduation that he realized he wanted to turn his love of tennis into a career. He began coaching professionally as the professional at several country clubs in the area, which he still does today. He also loves other outdoor sports and activities. He is an avid fan of competition of any kind and when he isn't playing tennis or paddle tennis, he's usually playing golf, soccer or frisbee with friends.

JP also enjoys keeping up with the latest trends in tennis and paddle tennis. He blogs regularly on several of his websites about developments in the world of professional tennis. He has followed the careers of pros Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic closely for the past several years.
