Originally from the Chicago area, I have spent a considerable amount of time in both Wisconsin (for graduate school) and France (for study abroad and English teaching), as I have a affinity for good cheese, wine, and craft beer. My career goal is to be able to combine both my love of the French language and my business skills.
I have bitten badly by the travel bug, so I'm always thinking of where I can travel next. I plan on doing an internship in France in the fall of 2013 and I cannot wait to squeeze traveling into my weekends.
As for my hobbies, I am an avid runner and have recently picked up kickboxing, which is a blast. Soccer is my favorite sport; visiting Camp Nou in Barcelona was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I also enjoy playing the cello and piano, reading, and exploring both Madison and Chicago.
